How to Proceed

To proceed with our tax return services, clients have the following options:

 

  1. Personal face-to-face appointment

    Please call our office by phone or send an enquiry through on our contact us page to make an appointment and we will be in touch to make a suitable time for you.

    Appointments are available after hours and on Saturday mornings during tax season by request.

    On-the-spot appointments are available when tax returns are processed in the same day sitting.  Clients are also welcome to drop in their paperwork and we can complete and they can come back later to collect or sign.

  2. Email

    If you live far away or can’t come into the office no worries!  We can complete your tax return via email.  New clients please email us via the contact us page or to [email protected] and we will in touch.

    Salary and wages, private health, share information and bank interest is generally obtainable directly which we can download for clients.  Deductions and other relevant information need only be provided separately to us via email.

    We welcome and assist clients who are not local and live interstate.

  3. Phone call or Zoom

    If you wish to discuss your tax return by phone or have a zoom meeting that is also fine, please contact us per the contact us page or email or phone to arrange.

Fees

Our fees can be paid in our office via card, via bank transfer or by having deducted automatically from your refund using the ‘fee from refund’ service.
